Terms of our Auctions
We do our best to describe the items we sell as completely and clearly
as possible. We expect that our customers understand what they are
bidding on before placing a bid. If you have any questions about
an item in any of our auctions, please contact us before you bid.
By placing a bid, it is assumed that you understand what the item is
worth to you and that you actually wish to purchase the item.
All items are new unless otherwise indicated in the description of the
item. They are sold as-is, without any warranty of any kind unless
specifically indicated in the description of the item. As most of
the items we sell aren't mechanical or electrical in nature, warranties
are not normally involved anyway.
If you bid on an item, then change your mind, you may be able to retract
your bid on eBay. If you are the winner of an auction and change
your mind and do not complete the transaction, eBay considers you a
bad bidder. As it costs us time and money to relist the item, and we
will submit negative feedback if you fail to complete a transaction.
Once an auction is closed and you are the winner, we will send you an
email at the address you have registered on eBay indicating you are the
successful bidder. Per eBay rules, you will have three days to respond to the email
our email notice.
Shipping
We are located on the Big Island of Hawaii. Living on an Island
in the middle of the Pacific Ocean is wonderful, but there are a few
problems. For example, we have limited shipping options open to us,
and are at the mercy of the US Postal Office more than most addresses
on the mainland of the USA. For example, Priority mail is quoted as
2 to 3 days delivery by USPS, but it sometimes takes 3 to 5 days from
Hawaii since the Terrorist attack of September 11, 2001.
We use USPS Priority Mail for our shipments, and the actual cost of the
shipment is included in the item description. If you win more than one
auction within three days, and notify us before we ship, we can
combine shipments to reduce shipping charges.
Packing and Handling: We do not charge packing or handling charges unless specifically stated
in the item description.
Insurance: We strongly suggest insurance. If you
choose not to include insurance with your remittance, we cannot be
responsible for lost or damaged items.

contact us before you bid. Unless we have agreed before the

outside the USA, please contact us by email before bidding so we can
determine the proper shipping charge.
